Details

  • This self paced live/virtual training program will start February 13, 2024. We will meet every Tuesday from 5-8pm and one Saturday a month 9-2pm as a group to go through the modules and pose clinics. Then we will schedule times for teach backs and flex hours to accumulate the 280 required contact hours. Once your application has been accepted, then a planned schedule will be confirmed.

  • Pricing Information

    YTT 300 - $4000.

    $500.00 deposit due at the time of application. This deposit will include a kickoff initial onboarding training. The 280 contact hours will be attained through attending YTT weekends, weekly classes or on demand pre-recorded assignments.

    5% discount for military and spouses of military, medical professionals, law enforcement, teachers, seniors, and cancer survivors.

    5% discount for every referral that joins the group!

    MyCAA Information:

    If you are a military spouse, you may qualify for the . The MyCAA program is a career development and employment assistance program offered by the military for military personnel and their spouses. MyCAA provides a maximum educational benefit of $4,000. MyCAA approved.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Deposit is nonrefundable/nontransferable.

    • Withdrawals from the program must be made in writing.

    • Withdrawals up to 90 days before the start of the program all payments will be returned except for the deposit.

    • Once you begin the program, all payments are nonrefundable

    • A personal email account to access Google Classroom

    • To get the most out of the training we suggest you also have a yoga mat, 2 blocks, 1 strap and space to set up your mat.

    Required Flex Hours: You have 20 flex hours that need to be completed over over the 10 months. You can get these flex hours by attending a staff members class, workshop, or retreat.

  • Attendance: 100% attendance is expected, however we will make every effort to work with your individual needs.

    You will be required to watch the recorded video of the missed session within 3 days and return the following written assignments for each day missed: 400-500 words covering the following: list of topics/themes covered, main takeaways and personal reflection.

    If more than 36 hours are missed, you will need to retake the training.

    Program Graduation Requirements

    • Attendance/make up options

    • Successful completion of all homework assignments turned in on or before the due date

    • Passed teaching practicum

    • Punctuality

    • Meditation 3 times/week for 15 minutes

    • Daily journaling on meditation, gratitude, and weekly yoga meal

    • 3 practices/week

    • Observing and journaling on 1 class/month

    • Monthly homework, including essays, research papers, tests, etc.

    • Karma Service

    • Participants will write and present a final thesis

Stacy is an experienced registered yoga teacher (ERYT500) and can provide continuing education to currently registered teachers with Yoga Alliance (YAEP). She is also a certified Thai Body Worker, a Reiki Master, a Holy Reiki Master and a Sound Healer.   • Yes, these sessions will be recorded and will be provided for those that have missed a lesson.

  • Yes, Yoga Unlimited is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School and Yoga Alliance has extended approval for virtual contact hours.

  • Yes! Please present a copy of your 200-hour certificate.

  • Expect to spend 3-4 hours a week on homework and personal practice. The homework is designed to support the material covered in class.

  • Yes, we have had several pregnant trainees, but of course consult with your doctor first and you will need to sign a waiver stating that you are ok to take the class.
