This live/virtual training program will start in September 1, 2026 . We will meet every Tuesday as a group to go through the modules, team teach, have a yoga class and meditation class from 5-8pm. We will also meet one day a month. We will schedule times for teach backs and flex hours to accumulate the 180 required contact hours. Once your application to be in our yoga 200 hour teacher training has been accepted, then a planned schedule will be confirmed.

YTT 200 - $3200.
The deposit of $500 is non refundable.
5% discount for military and spouses of military, medical professionals, law enforcement, teachers, seniors, and cancer survivors.
5% discount for every referral that joins the group! Take the training with a friend!

MyCAA Information:
If you are a military spouse, you may qualify for this program. The MyCAA program is a career development and employment assistance program offered by the military for military personnel and their spouses. MyCAA provides a maximum educational benefit of $4,000. MyCAA approved.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit is nonrefundable/nontransferable.
Withdrawals from the program must be made in writing.
Withdrawals up to 90 days before the start of the program all payments will be returned except for the deposit.
Once you begin the program, all payments are nonrefundable.

Attendance: 100% attendance is expected, however we will make every effort to work with your individual needs.
You will be required to watch the recorded video of the missed session within 3 days and return the following written assignments for each day missed: Write about a personal reflection on the topic.
If more than 36 hours are missed, you will need to retake the training.
Other Requirements
You must be a Registered Yoga Alliance 200 hour teacher
Punctuality
Meditation 3 times/week for 15 minutes
Daily journaling on meditation, gratitude, and weekly yoga meal
3 practices/week
Observing and journaling on 1 class/month
Monthly homework, including essays, research papers, tests, etc.

Stacy is an experienced registered yoga teacher (ERYT500) with over 40 years of teaching experience and over 15,000 teaching hours. She can provide continuing education to currently registered teachers with Yoga Alliance (YAEP). She is also a certified Thai Body Worker, a Reiki Master, a Holy Reiki Master, a Sound Healer and a Shamin. She has owned several studios, developed programs, managed gyms and studios, written several yoga teacher trarinings, has facilated numerous yoga teacher trainings for big corporate facilities like YogaFit, LIfetime Fitness and CorePower, as well as small studios. She is an expert in her field, considered a Master Teacher. Yoga Unlimited, her studio and teacher training school has a mission to spread the yoga love and make yoga accessible to everybody and every body.

Yes, Yoga Unlimited is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School and Studio. Stacy is also a Yoga Alliance Educational Provider and can offer continuing education for current registerd yoga teachers.

Yes! If you have already taken a Yoga Alliance approved 200 hour teacher training, you qualify for 50% OFF the regular price tuition. Please note; we are only accepting five spots for re-takers. To qualify, you must present a copy of your Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour certificate.

Expect to spend 4-5 hours a week on homework and personal practice. The homework is designed to support the material covered in our yoga teacher training.

Yes, we have had several pregnant trainees who take our yoga teacher training progra, but of course consult with your doctor first and you will need to sign a waiver stating that you are ok to take the class.
