Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga takes the flow of the vinyasa yoga class and slows it down. There are no Chaturangas, so this is perfect for the person taking care of gentle wrists. It is a challenging, yet balanced class.
What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel, and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture.
