Take the toning of Ballet Barre and put it together with yoga and you will have a disciplined, structured class that conditions the entire body and works on balance. Yoga Barre is a low-impact class.
What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel, a weighted body bar, and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture.
